Problem Description

If a game accesses the intranet domain name hktest.itop.tencent-cloud.net/itop.tencent-cloud.net under the devnet environment, "timeout" will be returned

Cause of the Problem

Because a game which wants to access the IDC machine in the devnet environment needs to apply for an access policy. If it does not apply for an access policy, "timeout" will be returned Remarks: The IDC machine is connected by default, so it is not needed to apply for an access policy

Solution

Just apply for an access policy. The application address is as follows: ticket.oa.com
