Solution

To reproduce the problem through a mobile device, you need to refer to the Android or iOS-related instructions below to obtain the log. To reproduce the problem through exe, you need to refer to the PC-related instructions below to obtain the log.

1, Android

(1) Set MSDK_DEBUG=1, and configure MSDK_DEBUG_CHANNEL with the corresponding channel. Please refer to MSDK DEBUG Mode Configuration.
(2) Reproduce the problem, and get the unfiltered complete adb logcat log generated from start to reproduction.

2, iOS

(1) Set MSDK_DEBUG=1, and configure MSDK_DEBUG_CHANNEL with the corresponding channel. Please refer to MSDK DEBUG Mode Configuration.
(2) Reproduce the problem, and obtain the complete Xcode console log from start to reproduction without filtering. If you can't get the log by linking the smartphone through XCode for debugging, you can link the iOS test device through the Mac device, find the "Console" app in the Others directory, and select your own device to get the log.

3、PC

Open Windows File Explorer, enter the %temp%/MSDK path, and take out the msdkrecord.log log encryption file.
